- We started our journey with our own fleet of trucks and sought out to build the most reliable engines in the trucking industry. Along the way we have expanded into engine machining and offer a large variety of services between us and our industry partners. Whether you need counterbores cut or a fully machined block with fresh deck, we have you covered.
- We try to keep stock of remanufactured blocks, cranks, rods, and more to limit your down time. Send us your core and we'll ship you a fresh block without having to wait.
- All of our cranks are straight checked, cleaned, magged, polished and ready to install into your block.
- All of our blocks go through a hot tank process, magged, line bored, decked and lower bores checked and replaced if needed.
- Our NEW heads are shipped in as a casting and we personally assemble them. Seats, guides, valves and springs are installed in house and then vacuum checked for leaks. The casting surfaces are sample tested for flatness and then head to be flushed out and cleaned.
- Your C15 blocks can be counterbored or sleeve inserted and decked with a .002 thinner spacer plate to make .006 protrusion without worrying about shims.
- Our ISX15 block counterbores are cut and provided standard with .052 stainless shims for .014 protrusion.
